Automation and AI
Software does the retyping and copying between systems for you. Your people only handle the exceptions.

Automations we use ourselves
These automations run in the system we use to run Appitect. AI always prepares a draft and a person approves what gets sent.
Quote from a meeting
Meeting notes and emails turn into a draft quote with phases and a price. The system checks that hours times rate add up. The client gets a PDF and a link to accept or decline the quote.

Sorting the inbox
Every 5 minutes new emails are sorted: enquiry, existing client, supplier, newsletter. Each enquiry gets a draft reply. Nothing goes out without approval.

Meeting summary
A meeting recording turns into a transcript and a summary. Decisions, next steps and open questions are ready right after the call, not once someone writes up the minutes.

New enquiry
For each new enquiry the system looks the company up in the Czech business register and goes through its website. It then ranks enquiries by which are worth handling first.

Sound familiar?
Automation makes sense where people spend time repeating the same steps instead of making decisions.
